Kyra Minturn Sedgwick, a well-known American TV and large-screen actor. The actress is a household name across the globe, but particularly in America, for playing the main role in 'The Closer. Sedgwick has been interested in performing, art and Broadway ever since she was at the age of 12. She was introduced to Broadway by her mother who had an interest in it. Sedgwick's debut acting gig was in a television show named 'Another World. The show was on when she was sixteen years old. Though she initially began with tiny-time television roles but it was the idea of becoming a professional actress that intrigued her.
